While our tanning solutions are high-quality and skin-safe, reactions may still occur in rare cases. Clients with sensitive skin, allergies, or respiratory conditions should consult a physician before booking. A patch test is available upon request and must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Clients are responsible for following all provided pre- and post-tan instructions. Copper State Glow is not liable for results affected by improper prep or aftercare (e.g., uneven fading, patchiness, or premature fading). 

Spray tans are temporary and provide a superficial color only — they do not protect your skin from sunburn or UV exposure. Always use SPF when outdoors. 

Although rare, tanning solution may transfer onto clothing, bedding, or furniture. Please wear dark, loose-fitting clothing to your appointment and avoid contact with light fabrics or surfaces until after your first rinse. Copper State Glow is not responsible for any staining. 

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Your understanding helps us serve all clients efficiently.

Please ensure we have safe and accessible space for setup and service. Pets must be secured, and minors must be accompanied by a guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary.
